Welcome to Pillio. By using the Pillio mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pillio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Pillio is a medication reminder and tracking application. It helps users manage medication schedules, track dose adherence, and optionally share health data with designated caregivers.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Pillio is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The app is intended as a reminder tool only. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical decisions. We are not responsible for any health outcomes related to the use or non-use of this app.

4. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to notify us of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Pillio offers auto-renewable subscription plans:

• Pillio Pro Monthly: Billed monthly. Auto-renews each month until cancelled.
• Pillio Pro Yearly: Billed annually. Auto-renews each year until cancelled.
• Pillio Lifetime: One-time purchase with no recurring charges.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Pillio. By using the caregiver sharing feature, you grant designated caregivers read-only access to your medication data.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app or its servers.
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pillio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brazil.
